School is currently only open for children of key workers (if they can't work from home) and for children classed as vulnerable (EHCP or social worker involvement). Government guidance is clear in that provision should only be sought as a last resort as the safest place for children at this time is at home.
During the Easter Holidays (6-17th April) although we are not currently opening we are able to open for emergency childcare should anyone's family circumstances change ie, both parents become key workers and cannot work from home or make other arrangements, or if a social worker becomes involved with the family. Please note this is just in critical circumstances only and should not be abused just for easy childcare. Opening school puts our staff at risk and so please think about this carefully. If you think you need emergency childcare please contact Mrs Scanlon at firstname.lastname@example.org between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday excluding the bank holiday weekend.
