Music
Music in our school is enjoyed by all of the children. Each class has a weekly music lesson and we use the Charanga music scheme to support our lessons. Here is a video of a recent drum workshop we were lucky enough to have visit us in school. Over the course of two days all children in school had the opportunity to play their own drum and participate in lots of musical activities. So much fun!
Drum workshop
Each week our school choir practice a range of songs with Annie. All Key Stage 2 children are invited to join in. We have great fun and perform throughout the year at various concerts. Here's a video of us practising one of our songs.

In our music lessons in Year 6 we have been inspired by four female British composers. We have been learning all about musical notation and using an app. to compose our own music.
We had the opportunity to be in a rock band. Such good fun and hopefully some future rockstars in the making!
