Hello and welcome to Week 5 of Home Learning. As always, our daily Zoom continues at 9.15am and 2.30pm. Thank you to so many of you who have joined us so frequently - it's a great chance to say hello and catch up. You will find the Home Learning grid below along with PE suggestions. Maths will appear daily and there will be Geography on Wednesday and RE on Thursday, just like last week.
Have a great week and remember to use Dojo to ask questions and to return your work.
Children's Mental Health Week, 1st - 8th February
This week is Children's Mental Health Week. The link below will take you to the website of the charity Place2Be who have developed resources for use at home. There are some really nice activities and I have put two of them underneath. Have a look around and please feel free to send me pictures on Dojo of anything you do.
Happy Friday! This week, the challenge has a slight difference. I would like you to do something for an adult at home which SURPRISES them. In a nice way! Remember, you may be doing the school work but they are working hard too. You could offer to make their lunch or voluntarily tidy your room or another room in the house. Whatever you decide to do, let me know what it is and what the reaction of the adult is - I hope they are surprised in a nice way. And pleased!
Have a great Friday.
Maths Friday - follow the link to complete work on negative numbers. This will recap on some work we did in the Autumn term.
Open the PowerPoint and read the information. Then, complete the mind map to show the impact of flooding on humans and on the environment.
Follow the link below to complete this week's RE work.
II have put the link back on to Rob Biddulph's website for some fantastic drawing - http://www.robbiddulph.com/draw-with-rob
Remember, there are 70 videos to look through, so find one you like and have fun!
